- Shared living spaces: Fully equipped kitchen and dining area shared with 7 other residents, comfortable communal lounge - the perfect place to relax and socialize.

Securing your room
To secure your room for all you need to do is click the “Reserve Now” button above and complete a reservation form.
Once we receive your completed application, we will a draft Tenancy Agreement and send you a link to our online Hub where you can review the tenancy agreement and once happy with the terms and conditions, you will be required to pay a €150 booking fee to secure and confirm your booking. Please note your booking can only be secured with payment of the booking fee.
About one month before your arrival you will be sent an email request to log in to the Hub again and pay a security deposit equal to 4 weeks rent and an advance payment of one month’s rent with future rent instalments automatically charged to your card on the 1st of each month thereafter. Please note that instalment options may not be possible for tenancies that are outside of our standard tenancy periods.

All our tenants are charged a set fee (Fair Usage Policy Applies) for each week of their tenancy for Services which covers Electricity, Internet and Waste and onsite Services.
As a special introductory offer Service charges for residents arriving in September 2025 will be charged at Zero euro per week
24/7 Staff and SecurityMembers of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out. We also have Security Guards on duty. Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.

We have a private secure cycle storage areas.
Internet and Wi-FiYou will have access to our ultra fast WiFi service throughout the entire building and communal areas.
