Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!

You will have access to our WiFi service provided by Glide, offering 100MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas.

Fully fitted kitchen

Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric hob, fridge freezer and microwave oven.

En Suites

Every studio includes an En Suite

Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.

Cycle Storage

We have a private secure cycle storage area on the 1st floor.

On-Site Laundry

Our fully-fitted laundry room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks!

Come and join your friends in our contemporary, flexible social space complete with seating and sofas to suit various uses. Whether you are wanting to chill and catch a movie on Netflix or gaming with your friends on our 75” TV, this is the perfect place to meet up and relax with your friends.

Games Lounge

As part of our huge social space, why not take a break from your studies and have a game of pool with your friends whilst watching the football or a movie. A great place to have fun and kick back for a bit!

In addition to the ample private study space provided in your studio we also have two group study booths perfect for group studying if you want change of scenery from your room but still want to study.

Coffee Corner

Come and grab a coffee and sit at our breakfast bar whilst you take a break from your studies. Great for sitting and relaxing on your own first thing before you head off to Uni and perfect to meet your friends, sit on our bar stools, relax and have a chat over a hot drink. A superb modern, inviting social space where you can eat and drink together.

Members of the team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out.
