  Mezzino believe in transparency. We give our students a clear picture of our terms and conditions from the start so everyone knows what to expect. A copy of our Tenancy Agreement and Terms & Conditions is available to read upon request, so you are able to ask any questions on anything you may be unsure about. Our on-site team are also available to answer your queries. Mezzino always recommend students read our terms and conditions before signing.

  It is important all Mezzino students confirm their cover to ensure you understand what is and isn’t covered. Plus you’ll also be entered into a prize draw, courtesy of Endsleigh!

What's included
All utility bills
Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!
Internet and Wi-Fi
You will have access to our WiFi service, offering 1GB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas.
Fully fitted kitchen
Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. There's also a dining area with table and chairs. A great space to not only eat but to socialise with your flatmates and friends. Additionally, the Superior Plus kitchens come with an ironing board, iron, kettle, toaster and a Smart TV.

Cycle Storage
We have a private secure cycle storage area on the ground floor. You can get a key from reception when you move in.

Members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out.
Always Secure
Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.
On-Site Laundry
Our fully-fitted laundry room can be found on the ground floor and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks!
Bedrooms
Each room contains a ¾ double bed.
