  Mezzino believe in transparency. We give our students a clear picture of our terms and conditions from the start so everyone knows what to expect. A copy of our Tenancy Agreement and Terms & Conditions is available to read upon request, so you are able to ask any questions on anything you may be unsure about. Our on-site team are also available to answer your queries. Mezzino always recommend students read our terms and conditions before signing.

Once we receive your completed application we will allocate you a room and draft your tenancy agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you then tick the box to agree to the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. It’s as easy as that. You can then pay the deposit via your account on The Student Hub.

All double beds / 2-bath units available
Every bedroom comes complete with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. We also offer a number of larger 2-bed, 2-bathroom apartments at Mayfair Court.

You will have access to our WiFi service, offering 100MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas.
Communal Areas
Each apartment comes with your own private fully furnished, open plan, lounge/diner complete with sofas, coffee table, tv stand

All residents have access to a private landscaped courtyard and secure bike storage.
Secure Car Parking
If you would like to bring your car to Mayfair Court we can offer secure underground car parking. Please ask our on site team for charges and further details.

Only Mezzino residents with a security key fob have access to the building and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas and throughout the site.

All communal Area/Gardens are cleaned weekly.

Searched for loads of student accommodation before I found this gem amongst the rest. Really nice sizeable apartments in a great student busy location. Would highly recommend Mezzino.

I moved to Mayfair Court 3 years ago and we love it here. My apartment is spacious and enlightened by large windows facing Wilmslow road. Commons, including a flourishing inner garden are well kept. Staff are friendly and always there to help, and the community is diverse. Location is very convenient. There’s a bus stop at the foot of the building, a supermarket across the street, Bodey Medical Centre behind the supermarket, and plenty of restaurants and pubs around. I'm happy to call this place our home while in Manchester.
