Mezzino LoungeThe communal space open out onto the waterfront, with south facing terraces providing the perfect vantage point to watch the activity on the canal. You can enjoy the views, the sunshine, its a great space for a social get together.
Always SecureOnly Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.
24-hour On-Site TeamMembers of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out.
Cleaning ServicesThe Living Room, Kitchen Floors, Hallways and downstairs toilet are cleaned weekly.
On-Site LaundryEach Stack is equipped with their own washing machine and dryer to use free of charge.
Huge Roof Top TerraceSat on the top floor, is an enormous roof top terrace. Ideal for socialising with with your friends... even better for a BBQ in the sunshine!
Fully fitted kitchenKitchens are fully fitted and each include two electric cookers, at least three fridge freezers and one microwave.
Cycle StorageWe have a private secure bike storage area at one end of the building. Only Mezzino Graystacks residents have access – you can get a key from reception when you move in. We also have D bars to the front of some of the Stacks.
