Room Description

Our standard plus rooms are part of a 5 bed flat which offers bright, modern, large rooms (11m2 approx) which has a single bed which has great under bed storage. Each room comes with a mirrored wardrobe, shelving unit, desk with drawers and a large window which brings in great natural light. It also has a shared bathroom with a WC, shower cubicle, sink and accessories.

Each flat has its own kitchen and living area where there is a table, chairs, sofa and fully fitted kitchen, including a full size dishwasher. You also have access to the accommodations laundry which is in the basement where you can use the washing machine/dryers FREE of charge. You will also have access to the new social space in the basement which is great to hang out with your friends and flatmates!

Securing your room

To secure your room for 2025/262024/25 all you need to do is click the “Reserve Now” button above and complete a reservation form.

Once we receive your completed application we will allocate you a room and draft your tenancy agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you can then digitally sign the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. It’s as easy as that. You can then pay the deposit via your account on The Student Hub.
