  Mezzino believe in transparency. We give our students a clear picture of our terms and conditions from the start so everyone knows what to expect. A copy of our Tenancy Agreement and Terms & Conditions is available to read upon request, so you are able to ask any questions on anything you may be unsure about. Our on-site team are also available to answer your queries. Mezzino always recommend students read our terms and conditions before signing.

  Mezzino make paying your rent easy from bank transfer to card payment and cheque. We have a payment method which will suit your needs. To find out your specific buildings payment methods please read our ‘Ho to Pay’ instructions.

  It is important all Mezzino students confirm their cover to ensure you understand what is and isn’t covered. Plus you’ll also be entered into a prize draw, courtesy of Endsleigh!

Once we receive your completed application we will allocate you a room and draft your tenancy agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you then tick the box to agree to the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. It’s as easy as that. You can then pay the deposit via your account on The Student Hub.

You will have access to our WiFi service, offering 100MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas.

Each apartment comes with your own private, fully furnished, lounge/dining room complete with sofas, coffee table, tv stand
Outdoor Courtyard / Secure Bike Storage
All residents have access to a private landscaped courtyard and secure bike storage.
Secure Car Parking
If you would like to bring your car to Chancellors Court we can offer secure on-site car parking. Please ask our on site team for charges and further details.

Your own private kitchen includes a fully fitted kitchen with build-in oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washer/dryer.
Contents Insurance
Your rent includes personal contents insurance as we have partnered up with Endsleigh, the number 1 student insurance provider to arrange this for you at no extra cost!
24-hour On-Site Team
Members of the management team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out.
Always Secure
Only Mezzino residents with a security key fob have access to the building and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation on site.
Cleaning Services
All communal Area/Gardens are cleaned weekly.
