Room Description
Our newly renovated Deluxe En-Suite rooms are as a single-occupancy bedroom with:
- Access to private En-Suite Bathroom
- Rooms range in size from 12m2 – 14m2
- Room contains a single bed (1,900mm X 1200mm / 4 foot)
- Fully furnished bedroom to include wardrobe, shelving and smart storage, blinds, study desk with light, adjustable desk chair, , personal thermostat, coat hook and full-length mirror.
- Fully equipped living room and kitchen / diner shared with 6-8 other people
Securing your room
To secure your room for 2024/25 all you need to do is click the “Reserve Now” button above and complete a reservation form.
Once we receive your completed application we will draft a Tenancy agreement and send you a link to our online Hub where you can review the tenancy agreement and once happy with the terms and conditions you will be required to pay a €300 booking deposit and your booking is secured.
About one month before your arrival you will be sent an email request to pay an amount equal to one months rent and your utility charge with all future rent installments payable on or before the 1st of each month thereafter.

Our newly renovated Deluxe Twin En-Suite rooms are as a double occupancy bedroom with:
- Access to private En-Suite Bathroom shared between the 2 occupants of the room
- Rooms range in size from 15m2 – 18m2
- Room contains two single beds (1,900mm X 1200mm / 4 foot)
- Fully furnished bedroom to include wardrobe, shelving and smart storage, blinds, study desk with light, adjustable desk chair, , personal thermostat, coat hook and full-length mirror.
- Fully equipped living room and kitchen / diner shared with 6-8 other people

Postage service and deliveriesYou can shop online to your heart’s content; our reception staff will happily take delivery for parcels and signed-for items.
