Securing your room
To secure your room for 2025/26 all you need to do is click the “Reserve Now” button above and complete a reservation form.
Once we receive your completed application we will draft a Tenancy agreement and send you a link to our online Hub where you can review the tenancy agreement and once happy with the terms and conditions you will be required to pay a €150 booking fee and your booking is secured.
About one month before your arrival you will be sent an email request to log in to the Hub again and pay a security deposit equal to one months rent and an advance payment of one months rent with future rent instalments automatically charged to your card on the 1st of each month thereafter.

What we offer

* All our tenants are charged a set fee (Fair Usage Policy Applies) of €45.00* for each week of their tenancy for Utilities & Services which covers Heating, Hot Water, Internet ,Waste disposal and other on site charges. This charge is billed monthly in addition to rent due and payable on the 1st of each month via the Mezzino Hub.
Internet and Wi-Fi
You will have access to our Wi-Fi service offering 100MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas. Additionally, you will have 150mb ethernet access in your bedroom with no usage caps.
Fully fitted kitchen
Our large modern kitchens are fully fitted, and each includes an oven, separate oven/grill, hob, integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware and utensils. Our 8 bed apartments are even set up with two of everything so there will be no arguments for cooking spaces!
Wellness Hub
Our Wellness Hub is the perfect place to shake off the pressures of the day with Yoga spaces, Cardio Bikes, and free weights you can get away from the study and stretch out. You've got no excuse not to get fit now!
Private and group study hubs
In addition to the ample private study space provided in our apartments and studios there are lots of shared study spaces on our ground floor.
Rooftop Garden and Terrace
Our two roof top gardens are the perfect place to relax and take a break from your studies. For the sunny days you can sit out and relax on the roof terrace under the pergola looking out over the stunning city views or simply watch the world go by.

You can shop online to your heart’s content; our reception staff will happily take delivery for parcels and signed-for items.
On-site laundry (local charge applies)
Our state-of-the-art laundry facilities allow residents the opportunity to wash and dry their clothes in comfort. No need for queuing as our laundry app will let you see from the comfort of your apartment when machines are in use.
On-site maintenance team
If things break or go wrong you have no need to worry, our friendly maintenance team will fix them quickly and cheerfully.

All entrances are access controlled, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day and you’ll have no need to worry about keys as we can provide an app for your phone which will unlock your door as you walk up to it.
