Room Description
Securing your room
To secure your room for 2025/262024/25 all you need to do is click the “Reserve Now” button above and complete a reservation form.
Once we receive your completed application we will allocate you a room and draft your tenancy agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you can then digitally sign the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. It’s as easy as that. You can then pay the deposit via your account on The Student Hub.

All utility billsYour rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!
