Room Description
Wick Park's 10-bedroom standard ensuite rooms range between 12.59-12.74m2 in size. The standard ensuite rooms include a Hypnos compact double mattress on a lift bed to offer additional storage. Full body mirror on wardrobe available to hang and fold your belongings along with a coat rack and shoe storage. The room also includes a desk with additional shelving for your storage needs. Each room at Wick Park includes a private ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and automatic lighting. As well as large windows for natural light and access to fresh air for warmer months and a heater in the room for colder months.

Securing your room
To secure your room for 2025/262024/25 all you need to do is click the “Reserve Now” button above and complete a reservation form.
Once we receive your completed application we will allocate you a room and draft your tenancy agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you can then digitally sign the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. It’s as easy as that. You can then pay the deposit via your account on The Student Hub.
